Pizza Scrolls
These pizza scrolls are perfect when you want something fun to put into your kid’s lunchbox. They are also a great way to get kids in the kitchen and helping with cooking dinner. These can be eaten warm on the day or keep in fridge and eat cold for up to 3 days.
You can make these healthy pizza scrolls by using a homemade pizza sauce loaded with hidden veggies. I like to use my Homemade Tomato Pasta Sauce.
These easy pizza scrolls are made using my Yoghurt Flatbread recipe as the base.
