Pizza Scrolls recipe | Kids Eat by Shanai | Pizza Scrolls made with my easy yoghurt flatbread recipe. Just two ingredients and you have an instant base, top with tomato pasta sauce, ham, cheese, roll up and bake for 15 minutes. Perfect for an easy dinner and leftovers in the school lunchboxes.

Pizza Scrolls


  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 14-16 scrolls 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup self raising flour, plus extra for dusting
  • tomato pizza sauce
  • grated mozzarella cheese
  • sliced ham

Instructions

Pre heat oven to 200C.

In a bowl combine the yoghurt and flour until mixed together.  Tip out onto a dusted bench and knead for a few minutes until the dough comes together.  Then spread out evenly into a rectangle.

Top with a thin spread of pizza sauce, cheese and ham slices then roll tightly into a roll.  Slice into pinwheels and lay flat on a lined baking tray.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Notes

These can be eaten cold and kept in the fridge for 3 days.
