Simple Bliss Balls made with cashews, lime, coconut, vanilla, maple syrup and a pinch of salt, just blitz and roll!
Cashew + Lime Bliss Balls
These are a great gluten and dairy free snack that are fun to eat. Keep them in the freezer and eat straight from there. You could swap the lime for lemon or orange juice, whatever you have in the fridge.
I like to activate my nuts beforehand, this involves soaking them in filtered water and a tablespoon of salt per cup of water. Leave overnight on the bench, then rinse and spread out on baking trays and dehydrate at 110°C for 12 hours. Then best stored in the fridge or freezer.

WHERE TO BUY KIDS BAMBOO DINNERSET;
Bobo and Boo understand that not all parents want to spend a small fortune on stylish dinnerware that will probably be destroyed by the kids before the first meal is finished. Some of us would prefer not to have to search for matching Peppa-freakin’- Pig bowls, plates, and cups before our toddler will eat his broccoli. And then there’s the whole landfill/excessive plastic/environmental disaster debate to consider…
Their range of modern, minimalistic, non-toxic, BPA-and-cartoon-character-free bamboo dinnerware for kids has been made for parents like you.
