The perfect Turmeric Latte made easily at home. Ditch the coffee for this creamy, frothy cup of deliciousness, and it’s good for you too!
Turmeric Latte
Replacing my daily coffee with a turmeric latte as been on my to do list for as long as I can remember. It just never seemed to happen as I couldn’t think how a cup of turmeric, pepper and coconut milk was even going to come close to my beloved cup of caffeine. Then I was given one by a friend, and I hate to use the word life changing, but seriously I can’t get enough of them! You can barely taste the coconut, it just tastes warm and creamy and delicious and healthy in a good way.
It probably seems a bit crazy to add pepper to your morning coffee replacement, but combined with the fats in the coconut milk, it helps our body absorb the anti-inflammatory compound Curcumin found in Turmeric.
