Simple Green Salad

This is my go to salad.  I have been using this combination of Pukara Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar since I first tried them about 4 or 5 years ago.  You don’t need to measure just drizzle over and season well with salt and pepper and you will have a perfect salad every time!

This goes perfectly with my Spaghetti Carbonara.

Pukara Oils have been around since 2003.  You can find out more about their story here.  They have so many delicious flavoured oils, vinegars and condiments, my favourites are;

  • Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar
