These are a really great way to minimise buying snacks in a packet.  Perfect topped with a slice of cheese, with dip, in the kid’s lunchbox and also as a portable snack for in the car.

Seeded Dukkah Crackers

2 tbsp dukkah

1 cup sesame seeds

1 cup chia seeds

pinch salt

METHOD

Pre heat oven to 150°C.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl with 2 cups of water and let sit for 15 mins.

Spread thinly with a spatula over 2 baking trays lined with baking paper.  Score in lines the size you want your crackers, so once cooked will easily break into neat squares.

Bake for 90 mins, turn oven off and leave in oven for another hour.

Once ready, crackers should easily snap off into squares……. then enjoy!
