LUNCHBOX NACHOS

Ingredients

  • cheese
  • corn chips 
  • bolognese

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 180°C

Place corn chips in an over-proof dish.

Top with bolognese or sauce of your choice.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Notes

  • you can add extra vegetables or any type of beans or lentils for extra protein. 
  • any type of cheese you have on hand can be used.
  • any sauce you have at home can be used instead of bolognese.
