Easy Guacamole Recipe made with Jalapeno Relish instead of chilli. I love to use this one from Crunch Preserves, but if you cant get your hands on a good jalapeno relish you can replace with chopped chilli or leave the spice out all together.

Easy Guacamole Recipe with Jalapeno Relish
A great way to boost the flavour of your guacamole is to make a paste with the shallot, coriander and salt first. Use a mortar and pestle if you have one or even just a fork will do the job.
After that you just mash the avocado, squeeze in the lime, add the tomatoes and jalapeno relish. If you can’t find a good relish, then add in your chillis to the paste at the start, or leave them out all together

All you need to make a traditional guacamole is: ripe avocados, coriander/cilantro, shallot or red onion, lime and salt. I like to add cherry tomatoes and jalapeno relish. You could also add in garlic and cumin powder.
