Choc Berry Pancakes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. Nutra Organics Choc Berry Powder
  • ricotta or yoghurt to serve
  • honey to serve
  • cinnamon to serve
  • blueberries to serve
  • coconut oil to cook

Instructions

THERMOMIX METHOD

Place the flour, milk, egg and choc powder into TM mixing bowl and blend 20 sec / speed 8.

In a frypan over med-high heat, add a little coconut oil and spoon in a heaped tablespoon sized pancake, flip when the edges start to bubble and cook a further minute on the other side.

Serve topped with ricotta or yoghurt, sprinkle of cinnamon, drizzle of honey and a handful of blueberries

NON THERMOMIX METHOD

Place the flour, milk, egg and choc powder into a food processor and blitz for 20 seconds until well combined.  Or whisk everything together by hand in a large bowl.

In a frypan over med-high heat, add a little coconut oil and spoon in a heaped tablespoon sized pancake, flip when the edges start to bubble and cook a further minute on the other side.

Serve topped with ricotta or yoghurt, sprinkle of cinnamon, drizzle of honey and a handful of blueberries

Notes

These are great in the kids lunchboxes, double the recipe, make extra and keep for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
