Beef skewers served with a delicious, rich and creamy sauce with the added health benefits of tahini. This sauce would also be amazing replacing a satay sauce.
Beef Skewers with a Tahini + Cashew Sauce
Wow, it’s been over a month since I have posted a recipe! Our little family have moved down south to a town right on the coast in Western Australia and so have been caught up in all the busyness of moving and settling. We are loving our new home and can walk to the beach to see the dolphins! Life is great!
This recipe is perfect for a quick midweek dinner that’s simple yet a little different to the norm. The sauce seems to taste even better the next day!
