Description
Orange Juice Gummies made with real fruit, just two ingredients and no added sugar! Perfect for school lunch boxes and healthy little tummies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup / 250ml fresh orange juice (about 3 oranges)
- 2 tablespoons good quality gelatin (like this one)
Instructions
Freshly juice your oranges until you have 1 cup. Pour half the juice into a saucepan and heat until almost boiling and sprinkle the gelatin over the remaining juice. Once hot, slowly pour this heated juice into the gelatin mix and whisk until all the gelatin has dissolved.
Pour into silicon moulds or a small tray covered with cling wrap and set in the fridge for 2 hours.
Notes
These gummies are great straight from the fridge but mine did melt by the end of the day if left in the kid’s lunchbox, so keep as cool as possible with ice blocks.
I used to still be able to buy Sarah Wilson’s gelatin but can’t seem to anymore, here is another great brand to use
