A healthy, crunchy and salty snack of Nori Chips, made with just seaweed sheets, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Nori Chips
If your kids love sushi they will love this easy to grab snack, perfect for school lunch boxes!
I tasted chips like this at my sister’s DoTERRA Oils party. Nina the host’s daughter was handing them around to all the kids. She loved them! So did I to be honest and thought about the packet of seaweed sheets I had sitting in the pantry from when I had a phase of hand making sushi for myself. (Obviously having a little break from regular sushi making at the moment) These were so simple to make and so easy to grab as a snack, especially for myself when I am working from home, I tend to find myself loitering around the kitchen every couple of hours having a break from the computer screen.
My kids didn’t love them at first, but I think Georgia will eventually come round and will definitely be putting them in her lunch box once she starts primary school. For an adult version they taste amazing when you add the spices. Orange rind, chilli and pepper, great for putting along side a cheese board when entertaining!
