Description

  • You will need 2 x 6 hole jumbo muffin trays or 2 x 12 hole mini muffin trays

Ingredients

Scale
  • 240g of Mars Bars
  • 75g butter
  • 3 cups rice bubbles
  • Darrell Lea Speckeld Eggs or any coloured candy coated eggs

Instructions

Grease a muffin tray and set aside.

Chop Mars bars and butter to small pieces and add to saucepan.

Stir continuously until melted, over medium heat.

Working quickly combine melted chocolate and butter with rice bubbles and spoon into greased muffin trays.

Use a small scoop to make indents in the centre or each, I also used my fingers to push down further and neaten the edges around the tops.

Notes

  • Silicon trays are the best as the nests will pop out easily.
  • I just gave a light spray with coconut or olive oil spray.
  • If you are using the jumbo size muffin trays I used 3 mini eggs in each nest.
  • If you are using the mini size muffin trays I used 1 mini egg in each nest.
