A fun and healthy layered smoothie your kids will love! Made with mango, banana, avocado, spinach and yoghurt with no added sweetener.
Mango, Banana + Avocado Layered Smoothie
My kids loved these! I made six and have kept in the freezer, just defrosting two each day. A really great way to sneak in some extra green veggies. Instead of having these for breakfast as my kids are pretty set on their morning routine, we have them as dessert after dinner. Winning for me as way better than a bowl of ice cream!
To get the great layers you really need to freeze each layer before pouring in the next, otherwise they will just mix together. as you can see some of my layers I didn’t leave in the freezer long enough and lost a bit of their shape.
