- pumpkin seeds
- olive oil
- salt
Instructions
Scrape off any bits of pumpkin flesh then give the seeds a really good wash in a bowl of water, then rinse them under water in a colander. Dry them off with a tea towel.
Pre heat oven to 180°C. Spread seeds out on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat all seeds in oil and salt.
Place in oven and cook for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crispy. Allow to cool on tray.
Eat straight away or store in an airtight container in the pantry.
Notes
You can also add spices along with the salt. Anything you like really; garlic powder, chilli powder, cajun spice.
