A nut free version of the popular 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies. Gluten Free Tahini Cookies made with just 3 ingredients! Tahini, sugar and an egg, mix and bake.

- 1 cup tahini
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 190°C.
Place everything into a food processor and blitz until well combined. Use a tablespoon to scoop into small balls and flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake until golden and crispy around the edges, about 9 minutes. Leave to cool on tray for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Raw sugar makes these cookies really crispy. Choosing Rapadura or brown sugar will most likely make soft, chewy cookies.
