Description
Puff pastry topped with Crunch Preserves Cranberry Sauce and brie and baked in the oven.
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 180°C.
Cut puff pastry into 24 squares. Push each square into one of the holes in a mini muffin tray. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and use a teaspoon to push down the centres.
Place a small teaspoon of cranberry sauce into each. Cut the brie into 24 small squares and place one on top of each tart and bake for a further 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
