3 Ingredient Cranberry + Brie Tarts
I have teamed up with Emma from Crunch Preserves to create some recipes using her range of natural sauces and preserves made free from preservatives, artificial flavourings, artificial colourings and gluten. We have started with these super easy tarts, perfect for the Christmas season. This cranberry sauce is next level with a beautiful hint of champagne and orange, giving these little tarts a flavour punch. Anyone can make these, there are no baking skills required and can be ready in no time at all!
These are a great way to change up this years Christmas menu, I am sure most of us tend to make the same things each year. I figure it’s too busy a time at Christmas to be testing out new recipes, but trust me, these are pretty much no fail! Well as long as you don’t burn them in the oven, but they only cook for 5 minutes so not too easy to get distracted in that amount of time.

- Yield: 24 mini tarts 1x
Description
Puff pastry topped with Crunch Preserves Cranberry Sauce and brie and baked in the oven.
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 180°C.
Cut puff pastry into 24 squares. Push each square into one of the holes in a mini muffin tray. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and use a teaspoon to push down the centres.
Place a small teaspoon of cranberry sauce into each. Cut the brie into 24 small squares and place one on top of each tart and bake for a further 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
