Description
Chunks of chicken threaded on skewers and marinated with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika and cumin.
Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, skinless and boneless
- olive oil for grilling
MARINADE
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon cumin
- pinch of salt
Instructions
Cut the chicken into equal sized cubes, pat dry.
In a bowl combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin and salt. Then pour over chicken pieces and marinate for 30 minutes.
Thread four pieces of the chicken meat onto a metal skewer or bamboo skewers. (pre soak bamboo skewers in water if using)
Heat the grill to medium high heat and cook each skewer until the chicken is cooked through, turning regularly.
