ORANGE GUMMIES:
- 3 apples
- 2 carrots
RED GUMMIES:
- 3 apples
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 beetroot
- 1/4 lemon
GUMMIES:
- 1 cup / 250ml of juice
- 2 tablespoons gelatin
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
Instructions
JUICER METHOD
For each juice, roughly chop the fruit and vegetables and put through your juicing machine.
BLENDER METHOD
For each juice, roughly chop the fruit and vegetables place in your blender with 3/4 cup of water. Blend until quite smooth then strain through a mesh strainer to remove pulp.
GUMMIES
Use 250ml of juice, pour half into a bowl and sprinkle over the gelatin. Heat the remaining juice in a saucepan and turn off just as it starts to boil. Add honey to bowl, then pour over heated juice. Whisk together to combine well.
Pour into moulds and refrigerate to set, about 2 hours.
