Apple Gummies

We love gummies in our house, these ones were made when I had leftover juice from my mornings of making Freshly Squeezed Apple Juice 3 Ways.  But you can make these with whatever juice flavour you love the most.  Just add 2 tablespoons of good quality gelatin, like the I Quit Sugar Gelatin you can buy from here, to every cup of juice and for a little extra sweetness 1/2 tablespoon of honey.  You can even use store bought juice if you like, whatever is the easiest for you, it will still make a better than store bought, healthy snack for your kids.  They are perfect for school lunchboxes too.

Could you make strawberry gummies with this recipe? 🤔 I have lots of leftovers after strawberry picking!

      Hi Jo
You sure can! I would puree the strawberries with a little water to form a juice. Then just use 1 tablespoon of gelatin per 250ml of juice. You probably wont need any honey, but feel free to add if you like.
