White Chocolate and Mango Lunchbox Slice made with Rice Bubbles, sunflower seeds and chia seeds. A healthy treat perfect for lunchboxes!
White Chocolate and Mango Lunchbox Slice
My last Rice Bubble Slice (Snappy, Crackly & Poppy Rice Bubble Slice) was such a hit, I thought I would experiment with a few other flavours. This one is really quite sweet so perfect to keep in the freezer for occasional treats. Nut free for lunch boxes with added sunflower seeds and chia seeds to help keep little tummies full (or big tummies!).
Super easy and no baking required, just set in the fridge!
