Back to school this week, which for us means I am back at study and the kid’s are back to music and dance classes, so back to the normal weekly routine. This is our last term before Sam starts school next year so I really should enjoy the freedom while it lasts!

Monday – Roast lamb served with quinoa instead of the usual roast potatoes as we will be having quinoa on Wednesday night.
Tuesday – A really simple dinner as this will be my first day back at TAFE and don’t want to be rushing to get dinner on time. It’s a new recipe I will post on Wednesday of leftover roast lamb pizzas. I will make the pizza sauce on Monday so Tuesday is really easy.
Wednesday – is our vegetarian night and will be having creamy quinoa, kale and sweet potato bowls. This would also be perfect with some grilled chicken.
Thursday – a really simple dinner of sausages, sweet potato chips and steamed greens. This is a favourite of both kid’s so I know they will happily eat their dinner on this night.
Friday – my favourite – prawn tacos with a crunchy lime coleslaw…. I will post this recipe over the weekend, it’s a great one for entertaining!
Saturday – will be something from the freezer.
Sunday – classic carbonara – quick and easy and everyone loves it!
