This week is going to be really simple as I will be cooking for Sam’s party on Saturday.
Monday – Slow cooked roast beef and veg, one pot dish that can go into the oven in the afternoon and ignored until dinner time.
Tuesday – leftover roast beef nasi goreng. This is really quick and easy and both kids love it.
Wednesday – really basic tomato pasta, using a sauce I have in the freezer.
Thursday – sausages and a simple salad. Now that it is getting warmer here we have been eating outside. The kids like cucumber, carrot and avocado.
Friday – fish and chips from the local. I will be super busy finishing off Sam’s birthday cake, so don’t want any cooking or even any dishes tonight.
Saturday – I will be doing a big batch of slow cooked pork or beef, so we will have that for dinner as his party is in the afternoon.
