HOW TO USE
Once purchase has been confirmed and you have created an account, you will be able to download the file directly from the link in the ‘Order Details’ box and you will also receive an email with the file. Save this jpg file to your computer. This file is A4 in size with both the meal planner and shopping list on the page. Print as many times as you like, print each week and stick on the fridge, laminate and use a white board marker or place in a frame and use a white board marker over the glass.
