A great way to sneak a heap of goodness into your kid’s snacks,,,,, and you probably have all these ingredients in your pantry already!
I was looking for something I can have on hand when I, or the kids feel like something sweet. I wanted to use ingredients most people have in their pantry and load them with as much goodness as possible.
1 cup almonds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 cup Medjool dates, seeds removed
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp milo
1 tbsp coconut oil
dessicated coconut to roll in
Place almonds and sunflower seeds into food processor and blend until fine. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined. Roll mixture into balls and roll in coconut or extra milo. Set in fridge.
