Leftover pumpkin soup + spaghetti…… thats it! Oh and some grated cheese.
This is just like my last post but without the bacon and chives, making it a little more toddler approved. Simply cook your pasta and stir through a little leftover pumpkin soup and sprinkle with cheese. The thick soup sticks well to the pasta, you will however still end up with an orange child after this meal. (just don’t serve while they are wearing white!).
Love this dinner set from Bobo and Boo. It’s made from eco friendly bamboo and comes in a great range of colours.
Don’t think I even need to include a recipe for this one, but here it is anyway!
Leftover Pumpkin Soup Spaghetti
- 1 serve of spaghetti
- 1/2 cup pumpkin soup
- grated cheese to serve
Cook the pasta as per packet directions.
Drain and stir through pumpkin soup.
Serve topped with grated cheese.
I add the pumpkin soup at room temperature so it cools down the pasta ready for serving, if you wanted it warmer, put pasta and soup back into saucepan after draining and place over medium heat until warmed through.
