Really simple and really tasty noodles with a buttery garlic sauce and Asian flavours. Perfect as a midweek dinner for the family!
We are house sitting for a friend this week and I am feeling so relaxed….. the kids are loving all the new toys they can play with and I am feeling like a lady of leisure….. very minimal housework, a bit of cooking and plenty of time for taking photos. Our afternoon plans are; kids jumping on the trampoline and adults having a glass of wine…. perfect!
This really simple dinner was a hit with both kids and me, it was seriously really delicious….. give it a go!
