A really simple and creamy pesto that’s perfect as a spread for toast or sandwiches
1 cup celery leaves
1 cup kale
1 clove garlic
½ cup almonds
¾ cup olive oil
½ cup cream cheese
Roughly chop the garlic, place into a food processor along with the celery leaves, kale, almonds, olive oil and pulse until finely chopped. Add the cream cheese and pulse until smooth.
